i can sum up my first day at work with just one word - SLACK.
it was really slack! lol. just sat there listened to the team leader explain the paperwork stuffs, expectations from us, surf the net to update ourselves on new phone models. and we were given a test on the new phone models lah! lols. but we were released 1/2 hour earlier! heh.

isnt a bad job afterall! pay might not be as high as al dente for now, but at least, this has been smth i always wanted to try out. i have this thing for handphones, always wanting to try out the new models, and i was always changing handphones in the past. and this is really an opportunity for me to do what i want and love. and i got into this job myself, not like pasta or al dente where friends introduced me in, and i went thru that hour long interview alone with this lady called annie, and i just found out today she's the lady boss. haha.

i played with alot of phones today! heh. it was cool lah! haha. i love v3! i love n70! the working hours are long, worked from 2-10 today, but unlike al dente, i know i smell nice cos i aint sweating! al dente makes us stink cos of our sweat! haha. and i quite like our dress code lah! lols.

working at toa payoh this week! am looking forward to my next working day, which is thursday! working from 11-9, same for sat and sun! going to be learning even more stuffs than today! =)

oh ya! john came down to surprise me today! didnt expect to see him there but since he was at rc, he came up! heh. chatted awhile with him and i went back into the shop. anyway john knows a little of the secrets i have now. haha. he's one great friend i met at al dente too!

al dente contains too much sweet memories, that i cant bear to leave this place. the people here are just wonderful, met lots of new people who just brightens up my day. each of them have this unique characteristic and when we put them all together, it's just even more laughters! almost every single one of them are quite close to me, had have memories together. the thought tt i have to part with them, fewer suppers and busy nights make me want to tear. sighs. i guess i really will never have the heart to part with them.

so i met eric for supper at 925 after work. was surprised he actually asked me whether i wanted dinner with him cos he's like such a lazy bum. haha. not really la, just tt he dont normally join us for supper when he's alrdy at home. and when we reached 925, he told me isnt eating! -.- he just came out to accompany me to eat. quite sweet huh.

haha. talked about thomas, chris, vincent, eric oh and ryan. sometimes i just feel he is a good listener lah, just sit there and nod his head. just like today, he just kept listening and nodded his head, as if he quite pity me. unlike the other times where he will suan me and laugh at me.

and when i saw him, i just talked non-stop about what happened at work! haha. and he just listened and laughed at what i said. lols.

there was this ang moh guy who came in looking for a phone. he said he wanted smth light and not too bulky and my friend recommended him motorola v3i. he just played around with the dumby phone for awhile, asked the functions and said he'd get it. he didnt even ask the price! i was like omg, why he like tt one lah! lols. and then my friend asked him if he wanted to get a bluetooth set and he went over to take a look and chose the most expensive one. and then, he said he wanted to get an extra battery, and when my friend asked if he wanted a desktop charger, he said why not. and he even got a leather pouch for the bluetooth headset. so tt was all he bought. it didnt end there.

they told him if he wanted to pay cash instead of his amercian express card cos he could save 5% but he said, it's okay. and the total was like more than 1000. woah. freaking rich ang moh! but he's a nice ang moh, not those arrogant ones! he even thanked all of us for the help we provided him with. when he left, all my friends were like super happy lah! pushed so many accessories with that one phone. if only all customers were as nice as him! lols.

anyway eric walked me home. and i just realised it was the first time in the many suppers we had tt he walked me home. lol. and i laughed damn madly. haha, okay, he did laugh too, though not as mad as me. we were on this topic and we just kept guessing each other's answer! haha. there were at least 3 occassions where i stood there and laughed my heart out. haha.

i think eric has changed alot. haha. he isnt tt shy anymore, probably cos we hv grown closer over the months. and he's definately making me laugh like mad now cos of tt topic. haha. and i managed to psycho him not to go to school later on to work aria lunch with me! he was damn steady lah! haha!

he's going to be the first to see me in my new cool spects! lols.


melissa- ah girl! happy vday! "tell darren you are not free that day ah! rmber hor!" lols. kenny was so sweet that day lah! haha, could tell he was a little jealous over darren ah! hope you have a sweet sweet evening with kenny! and mahjong will be held earlier next time! bleahs. and i'm gonna win back my money! muacks!

zhen- guess you are meeting "uh huh" right! bleahs. dont have to think le lah, he's really a nice guy lah! anyway hope you have a romantic dinner with him! i know you will hv lots of lovely memories cos he gives me a feeling he's romantic! and tell me stories and updates for vday!

chummies -happy vday chummies! most of us arent attached eh, so let's just say happy friendship day! graduating soon, but this is the first time i'm saying vday to you guys! haha. but still, i love you guys!

rs girls - enjoy your day with your partner. i bet you guys are going to receive gifts from your hims! heh. and those single, enjoy your day with your friends bah! even without "him", we can still celebrate this day happily! if i'm nt wrong, candy and meili's meeting eh! so both of you could get gifts for each other! enjoy your tai-tai session! *hugs*

brother - thanks for your concern on how i'm going to spend vday. dont worry, i'm strong! heh. i've grown stronger havent i! heh. so anyway, i'm working and so are you! let's jiayou tgther at work! and i just realised you're going in to army real soon. i'm really going to miss you! =(

al dente lovlies - happy vday! we are going to chiong like mad today with 3 turns? but we will enjoy ourselves ok! hopefully we can make it for supper tgther! heh. we are almost all singles eh, so happy friendship day too! love you guys tons!

specially for mad, i know this day will remind you of your past vday and perhaps you might feel alone and start to wonder again, and i know, tears will just swell up in ur eyes. but i do hope, after that, you will feel the love we have for you at al dente! let this year's vday be as great as the ones you had alright? heh.
