i slept for less than 7 hours in two days. been working like a mad dog over the last two days. worked split shift on tuesday. had barely 3 hours of sleep on monday cos i was watching figure skating with my mum till 5am on tv! and watching it makes me miss ballet.

dragged myself out of bed to work on tuesday and brendon treated me lunch at cartel! he's a big mouth tt everyone knows, but he knows how to cheer me up, and he somehow, in a way or so, do take quite good care of me! haha.

stayed out till quite late after work on tuesday with eric, and slept at 4am! woke up at 730am to meet john kung for catering event. went to patara first, met micheal and bala, and then micheal drove us esplanade to pick king kong up, then to ministry of foreign affairs where the event was held.

it was fun working with john, bala and king kong!
i felt as if i had 3 elder brothers today! heh. BALA is irritating. he irritates me all the time! and he's indian! i dont really like the typical indians, those who squeeze beside you on trains, troublesome indian customers, but he's one indian i adore! haha. we were teasing each other all the way. and we took pictures! lols. and i told him he looks so black!

and king kong and john took care of me all the while! we were having our packed lunch and there was this "carrot cake" and they both of them gave me bits of their portion to me at the same time! hao xing fu! lols. it was raining after the event and we had to get out to exchange the passes back for our ICs. and john sheltered me from the rain. i mean, he can choose not to share the umbrella la. but he sheltered me from the rain! that's how a brother looks after his sister!

king kong was so sweet to me today. for whatever reasons lah, haha. and his hp had no batt and he used my hp for the whole day until like at 8pm! and i saw the smses his wife sent him! haha. i'm going to suan him like mad tmr! and he wore my adidas watch the whole day too! and he didnt return to me! haha.

and he looks so damn cute in it!
i wear it at the last buckle and he wears it at the first! haha. super fat king kong, but i like! he's damn cute and adorable though he's 30! haha.

and he was dancing in the kitchen with my watch! omg la. i really laughed like mad. haha. sometimes i just ask myself, why are there so many funny and comical people at esplanade? lols. sometimes really cant stand them! haha. but i love them loads! and i love the names i give them! lols. anyway king kong do look like flintstones! hah!

i aint the youngest at al dente but we are considered quite young comparing ourselves to the kitchen and catering staffs. and also due to the fact that they think i'm small sized, i think they really treat me like a little girl. haha. sometimes, i feel quite princess too! lol.

so after the event, worked at al dente and there was this new part timer that sort of drove everyone crazy! poor thomas was asking for help! haha. but we just told him to hang on there. and the whole night, he was stuck with that part timer. lols.

mad came for dinner as well. could tell her smiles and laughters were there cos she just wanted to forget the unhappy moments that happened. but i'm glad that at least she knows where she should head now, rather than being aimless all the while.

she walked into al dente before roll call. from afar, i thought i saw the wrong person cos it was her off day. and when i saw her face, i knew the answer she got from him was not smth she wanted. and she just hugged me crying infront of all the staffs. i'd be lying if i said i wasnt shocked, but at that point of time, other than asking her not to cry, patting her head to calm her down, there was nth else i could think of doing.

and i felt her pain. the pain in her heart. and my eyes just turned watery. i dont know why, but i really felt her pain. it was the sort of pain i've been through months ago. sighs. girls are really emotional creatures. wanted to sms her to cheer her up, was quite worried but my hp was with king kong! but when she came to al dente for dinner, and i saw her with her friends laughing, i felt much more relieved.

just chatted with mad on msn and i really ought to thank her for the advice she gave :)

thanks girl, i'm feeling alot better than before and things are fine btw us. dont worry eh? and mahjong tmr night after work! FINALLY! hopefully there's no late crowd at al dente and aria tmr! i will see you later! and i do hope you're feeling lots better! heart you!
