I realized that being online at different times of the day allows me to chat with different people. I was always online after at least 1am until these 2 days when i was home all day, and during these 2 days, i saw people i havent seen online for ages. I guess it was cos i was the weird one, sleeping till 5 or 6pm then going out till past midnight then coming online when i reached home. Haha, it sort of makes me feel how much i have lost contact with these friends.

Read juan's post on lj. She is finally updating now that she has too much free time cos jk is in NS already, haha. Read her post on friends and how she has neglected them cos she realised she spent too much time with him, and it makes me reflect on myself. It seems like i'm spending loads of time with baby that i havent met up with the darlings for some time already eh.

Haha, but i was really happy today!
Managed to chat up a little with jeanine! She's far far away in Australia and the internet does wonder! Haha. She's very much in love with her Aj! Haha, everything she does or says, she'll for sure mention Aj! But i'm happy for this events executive i met at AD! :)

And i had lame and cold chats with xka! Haha. She made me laugh as usual and i kind of miss the times we chatted so much over everything. You know, she's the only friend that i chat online so much that one folder of the history isnt enough. It was full and msn had to prompt me to delete it or create another folder. Haha. We are both talkative, but i'm more talkative with her around! :)

And then melissa my girl. She was sleeeeping while at work lah! Haha. And she's still with kenny which i'm glad for. At least they managed to sort things out time and time again! :)

Too bad i lost all photos when my lappy wasnt in good condition, else i'd hv posted pictures of these people! Boohoohoo.

So anyway, i've been home these few days. Not many, just 2 but it feels long cos i havent stayed home without stepping out since dont know when lah. Luckily i've got a new show that i'm hooked! Heh. Must watch! It's Goong, a korean drama and it's really nice lah! :)

I'm going for an interview at Starhub on wednesday and i'm so happy!
I rejected their interview timing the other time but i'm so thankful they called back! I thought they wouldnt!

Gonna be working in an environment i like, a job i want to work.
I hope i get the job! :)

Anyway, someone asked me what's so sad about leaving AD.
To many, it's just quitting of a part time job.

But to me, i stepped in when i was at my lowest and i met many wonderful people in there and that those closest to me were staying in the same area as i do. I can say they reunited me with my lost friends, mad and ah boy. They have taught me things that i've never learnt before, even after working 3 years in the F&B industry, and given me experiences that i might never get in other working places.

We had our own "family" celebrations for christmas last year after organising the clebrations for the customers. This i will never forget. Howe we bought food from makansutra and speaded it on table 5, the wooden table and how everyone just shared everything together. We met up for suppers and lunches even when we arent working at the same restaurant anymore whenever we can, we get invited to family chalets, we celebrate CNY together, we play mahjong together, we walk orchard road on our off days together.

This kind of bond, is something that's hard to find, and only those who have felt it, will treasure is as much as i do. It isnt the same bond as others might have perceived it to be, because, these people were there for me as much as they could, when i had a mental breakdown.

I hated quitting AD because i'm used to working there, and it would means no more working experiences together.

You can say i grew up during my one year stay there.
Many walked in. Some left footprints i will never forget, some were passerbys. But to the specials; Roy, John Kung, Madeline, Ah Boy and Eric Liu and Eric Oh, thank you for the friendship you guys have given. And for all the memories that we shared, i'm grateful i met you.

There's of cos others whom i heart but aint that close
Same old words, we were the best batch of part timers at ADESP :)
If you were that part of ADESP, thank you.
Please leave a tag to let me know you were here too!

But the best of the best thing in AD was meeting my love, my baby.
If it wasnt for the STB event, if Fabian didnt request for me to help out at tear down, i wouldnt have met baby.

We actually met 2 times before i actually saw him.
The first time was during the KTV farewell we had for John Kung.
Haha, we were waiting for the room and we saw Jane who then, was transferred back to HV. And baby was part of that group. I missed him once.

Then when there was a briefing for STB at ADESP, i was doing setup that day. I saw my secondary school friend and was shocked! Called out to her and baby was part of her group, sitting on the same table, yet i didnt see him at all.

Haha, baby only told me he has seen me before after we got together.
Is this fate? Haha, that i'm fated to meet him.

Whatever, whether it's fate or not, I'm just thankful that i met him, that i have him to hold thru good and bad times, because if it isnt for him, i wouldnt be what i am, a much happier person who is able to let go of the past fully :)
