D&D Pictures! Finally got the time to edit the pictures! :)
Looks like it's the same old people in most of the pictures, but these people are definately the ones i heart at m1! And it's these people who make work
merrier and happier; amist the screamings of customers and the bad bad days.
Some may detest working in such a place cos of the politics and backstabbers, or for just being what people say "someone to let customers vent their anger on" and the never-ending what nots, but i guess it's present in most organisations. It's probably called traits of the real world, the working society.
I wouldnt deny i've heard and seen the bad side of m1 despite the short stay, but still, i'm loving the company there :) I guess even if you were to leave your present company cos of these factors, these factors which caused you to leave your comfort zone would still be following you to your new company?
Whatever it is, whether it's in cluster, or batch mates, i love them all.
And i'm thankful i've got these people :)
Now as i'm typing this, i suddenly remembered the bad.
There was once i was scolded
stupid by this customer cos she thinks i dont get what she is saying. And she even rebarked and asked if i did complete my secondary school education to understand simple english. Hurhur. Sounds so mean eh.
I was damn pissed i remembered.
And if i was not wrong, it was joyce who made me feel better, saying they are the ones who are not educated cos educated people do not use stupid on people.
Haha. And there was once when we were still in fishtank (our training ground), before the customer hung up, she asked my name, and i just said my name lah, like duh. And dumb ass her wanted to say bad about it and she didnt press the end call button, and so whatever she said, we hear it all when we were listening back to our calls! Haha.
And surprisingly, i wasnt offended yet my whole batch mates were agitated!
They were like saying "her name like shit lah!" LOL.
Times when you are mistaken by customers, when people speak up for you to assure you that you arent like this, it's just heartwarming :)
There were funny moments as well, and the good and appreciative customers :)
There was this aunty who was damn funny.
Aunty: I want to return the phone to you all to get new phone.
Me: Aunty, you mean the phone you bought 2 years ago?Aunty: Yah, need to return then can get new phone right?
Me: No ah, the phone is yours when you signed the contract. No need to return one.Aunty: HUH? This phone is mine? I thought m1 one lah. I keep until so good lah, scared spoil the phone. You sure ah?
Me: Yah aunty, sure. This is probably the cutest customer i have seen so far, haha.
And my 1st compliment letter :)
Trainers are right.
No matter how many bad customers we meet a day, 1 appreciative customer is all it takes to build our confidence again.
Just one simple
"thank you, i really appreciate it" is enough to make up for ALL the bad. I guess it's their sincerity that actually make you feel "woah, i made someone's day!" :)
So be nice to people!
If someone made your day, let them know!
Cos you'd make their day too!
And i believe if everyone were to make everyone's day, everyone would be happy! :)
Enough said, d&d pictures! :)

i'm lucky to have the specials to go through the bad times,
i'm lucky that i've people who really understands,
& i'm really lucky to have met people who really care.
i guess i cant just please everyone as much as i want to,
that's why it's called life, isnt it?
